These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the payment infrastructure, orchestration, and settlement services provided by GBP PAYMENTS CORP. (“LYRIA”). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Use of services
Customers must use LYRIA services in compliance with applicable law, including anti-money laundering and sanctions regulations, and must not use the service to process transactions on behalf of prohibited business categories.
Regulatory standing
LYRIA is registered with FINTRAC as a Money Services Business. See the Licensing page for the current registration record.
